基于二次开发的液货舱逆向建模技术

摘    要:逆向建模是逆向工程中的重要环节,激光测量技术的发展及其广泛应用对逆向建模技术提出了更高的要求。以Imageware和UG为开发平台,利用Imageware内嵌的Scoll二次开发语言以及UG/OPEN API技术,结合中长距离激光测量设备,进行液货舱逆向建模技术的探讨。将该项技术应用于液货舱的逆向建模中,为船舶液货舱舱容计算及船舶改造提供一种新的方法。

Abstract:Reverse modeling is a crucial step of reverse engineering. Development and widely application of laser measuring technology propose higher requirements on reverse modeling technology. By taking Imageware and UG as developing platform, utilizing the inner customized development language Scoll of Imageware and UG/OPEN API, combining mid-long distance laser measure equipments, discussion on reverse modeling technology of ship liquid cargo tank is carried out. And then this technology is applied in its reverse modeling, which provides a new method for calculating the capability and rebuilding of ship liquid cargo tank.
