A Simulation Method on Buffer-setting in Production

The relations among bottleneck resource, buffer and lead\|time and the methods to identify the bottleneck resources are analyzed. A method based on Q\|GERT and simulation technology is brought forward to the situation in which every process's capacity is near to each other.
