| 摘 要： | 基于企业信息化发展的现状,指出企业信息化成败的一个重要因素是企业信息化的推广组织机构是否合理,通过对现有信息化推广组织机构的分析,找出这些推广组织机构存在的问题,指出针对信息化推广的不同阶段建立以企业主要领导负责,信息主管为核心,各业务部门骨干为基础的企业神经系统是企业推行信息化的有效组织机构.
