摘    要:以准静态压缩性能作为参考,通过气枪式霍普金森压杆试验,研究了03Cr21Ni14Mn5Mo3N不锈钢在常温20℃和低温-40℃两种环境条件下的动态力学性能,并基于Johnson-Cook本构模型建立了03Cr21Ni14Mn5Mo3N不锈钢本构关系。结果表明,准静态及高应变率下,03Cr21Ni14Mn5Mo3N不锈钢的强度均随着温度的降低呈升高趋势;与准静态相比,03Cr21Ni14Mn5Mo3N不锈钢在高应变率下显示出明显的应变率硬化效应;在1 500/s~4 000/s高应变率范围内,随应变率的增加,钢板动态强度略有增加,但应变率硬化效应不明显。

Abstract:With the quasi-static compression property as reference, the dynamic mechanical property of 03 Cr21 Ni14 Mn5 Mo3 N stainless steel was studied in the high strain rate at two temperatures of 20℃ and-40℃ through the Johnson-Cook pressure bar test in the form of air gun. On the basis of Johnson-Cook model, the constitutive relation of 03 Cr21 Ni14 Mn5 Mo3 N stainless steel was established. The results showed that the strength of the 03 Cr21 Ni14 Mn5 Mo3 N stainless steel in the two conditions of quasi-static and high strain rate went up with the declining of the temperature. Different from the quasi-static, the 03 Cr21 Ni14 Mn5 Mo3 N stainless steel represented the obvious hardening effect with high strain rate. The dynamic strength improved when the strain rate rose from 1 500/s to 4 000/s, but the improvement of hardening effect was not obvious.
