摘    要:钛合金弹簧目前已应用于航空航天、海洋船舶、汽车、石油化工等领域的设备中,是为重要设备和产品提供预紧、储能、减震等作用的关键零件,弹簧载荷力和可靠性对设备的使用性能和寿命有至关重要的影响。为增强钛合金弹簧的性能和寿命,提升设备和产品的质量,对钛合金弹簧工艺进行优化改进,提高钛合金弹簧的性能和可靠性是值得关注和研究的方向之一。

Research on Process Optimization and Reliability of Titanium Alloy Spring

Abstract:At present, titanium alloy spring has been used in equipment in aerospace, marine ships, automobiles, petrochemical engineering and other fields. It is a key part to provide preloading and energy storage, shock absorption and other functions for important equipment and products. Spring load force and reliability have a vital impact on the service performance and life of the equipment. In order to enhance the performance and service life of titanium alloy spring and improve the quality of equipment and products, the process of titanium alloy spring is optimized. Improving the performance and reliability of titanium alloy spring is one of the directions worthy of attention and research.
