摘    要:针对常规水冷冷水机组测试系统能耗大、工况稳定性差、运行成本高等弊端,研制出一种新型定水温内循环水冷冷水机组测试实验装置。详细介绍该测试装置的设计原理、系统组成和控制系统。实验证明,新的测试系统较常规测试系统,测试时间大为减少,测试效率及精度大大提高,是一种值得推广应用的高效节能的水冷冷水机组测试装置。

Abstract:The conventional water-cooled water chiller testing system is of some shortcomings, such as large energy consuming, condition fluctuating, high running fee etc. For this, develops a new and efficient testing system with inner circle of fixed water temperature for water-cooled water chiller. Introduces the design principle, system structure and controlling system of the testing system in detail. The test proves that the new testing system is more efficient and precise than the traditional testing system. At the same time, in contrasted to the old system, its testing time is greatly decreased. Therefore, the new water-cooled water chiller testing system is a worthwhile popular, energy-saving and high efficient water-cooled water chiller testing equipment.
