平行流换热器疲劳故障分析及解决方案

摘    要:为了降低换热器的成本,平行流技术的使用正越来越普及。但是平行流换热器存在机械强度低、不耐疲劳的特点。本文针对平行流最容易出现的疲劳断裂原因进行分析,发现是由于其内部压力和热应力造成的疲劳破坏。针对该原因重新修改此处的设计,并使用FEA对设计修改前后的应力进行对比,验证设计修改的正确性。
