摘    要:随着时代的进步,人们对建筑的要求不仅仅局限在功能性、实用性,更要求有优秀的透光性,轻盈的结构形式。传统的网壳结构的三角形网格划分的方式导致结构采光差、构件多,四边形网格质量轻、采光好,但刚度较低,因此提出了一种新的结构几何形式—索撑双向子午线型球面网壳,具有新的拉索布置方式—面内布置斜拉索、面外利用撑杆布置横、纵拉索。通过典型算例,并结合100 m、150 m大跨度模型算例对上述结构的力学性能规律进行验证分析,论证了该文提出的拉索布置方式的合理性。针对施工过程中拉索张拉顺序,提出了面内斜拉索及面外横纵拉索的预应力施加顺序的若干种方案,对结构进行了施工过程模拟;通过结构施工过程中各个阶段的最大位移、极限承载力等指标,研究拉索预应力施加顺序对施工过程中的影响,提出了适合于此类结构的合理施工手段,为实际工程提供理论支撑。

TYPE SELECTION AND PRESTRESSED TENSION SIMULATION OF A NEW TYPE OF CABLE SUPPORTED SINGLE-LAYER SPHERICAL RETICULATED SHELLS

Abstract:With the progress of the times, the continuous improvement of people's requirements on architecture has not been limited to the function and practicality, but also requires aesthetic and material efficiency. As a dome structure, the large span space structure requires excellent light transmission effect and lightweight. The conventional triangular meshed rigid reticulated shells are contrary to the above development requirements, while the stability of quadrilateral meshed reticulated shells is poor. To solve this problem, a new type of two-way grid reticulated domes with cables is proposed in this paper. The mechanical properties of the structure are verified in large span examples, and the applicability of this structural system in large span area is studied. Aiming at the tensioning sequence of the rods during the construction process, several schemes of the prestressing sequence of the in-plane obliques rod and the out-of-plane transverse rods are proposed. The influence of the prestressing sequence on the construction process is studied in terms of the maximum displacement and ultimate strength of each stage in the process of structural construction. A reasonable construction method suitable for this structure is proposed, which provides theoretical support for practical engineering.
