光栅编码器在激光陀螺平台系统中的应用

摘    要:针对激光陀螺平台系统中测角装置高精度、高稳定度与合适动态范围的技术要求,选用RENISHAW新型增量式圆光栅作为测角装置.采用FPGA芯片设计了光栅测角系统的信号处理电路,对光栅信号进行了时序同步、抗干扰数字滤波、倍频与鉴相,设计了计数电路及与上位机的通信接口.分析了误差产生的原因,并利用激光陀螺标定了测角装置的实际测量精度.实验结果表明,设计实现的测角装置测角分辨力为3",测量精度优于±8",动态角速率测量范围为O°/s~360°/s,测量结果准确,性能稳定.
