| Abstract: | An automatic recognition system for license plates based on charge coupled devices is introduced.It has expensive applications such as statistics of vehicle flow capability,confirmation of vehicle and inquiry of vehicles breaking rules and regulations.The practical operation shows that the system has a higher resolution and its properties are satisfactory. |
