| 摘 要： | 本文对柱面光栅阵列器件的零位设计原理进行讨论，并利用计算机产生区间内均匀分布的随机数方法，将“１”，“１”分别对零位栅线序列｛Ｂ（Ｉ）｝各元素赋值。该方法同样适用于其它计量光栅的零位设计。

| Abstract: | The zero-setting design principle of cylinder grating array devices is discussed in this paper. Random numbers which are generated by computer and are uniform distribution between 0 and 1 are assigned to each element of zero-setting grating sequence {B(I)} respectively. The method can also be used in other measuring gratings. |
