有限元分析技术在贮箱结构优化设计中的应用

摘    要:把有限元分析的技术应用到贮箱的设计中,建立了贮箱有限元模型,并对现有的一个贮箱为例进行结构优化.其中进行了材料非线性分析,得出贮箱各个压力下的应力和变形量,为加工和装配提供可靠的数据,从而使其质量得到减轻,以提高发射有效载荷.

Abstract:The technique of finite element analysis in the design of tank is applied.The finite element analysis model of tank has been set up and the configura tion of some type tank has been optimi zed.The stress and the quantum of dis placement in different pressure were obtained by using the nonlinear analysis of th e material.It offers useful date for design of tank shell.As a result of the configuration optimization,the weight of tank was reduced and the availability of lo ad in launch can be improved.
