河南省速冻食品业现状及发展趋势

摘    要:河南省是我国速冻食品的发源地,经过10多年的发展,已经成为我国最大的速冻食品生产加工基地。作为食品工业中发展最快的朝阳产业及优势产业,河南省速冻食品业的发展目前还存在产品结构相对单一、技术创新程度不高、出口贸易比例较少、冷链物流不太完善等问题。但是河南省极其丰富的农产资源、政府支持的政策力度、食品工业的规模优势、众多名牌的品牌效应等增强了速冻食品业的市场竞争力,使河南省速冻食品业进入“加速度”发展轨道。

The Status quo and Developing Trend of Quick-frozen Food Industry in Henan Province

Abstract:Henan Province is the cradle of quick-frozen food in China. Over the past more than 10 years of development, Henan has bloomed as the largest production and processing base of quick-frozen food in China. As the sunrise and advantageous industry in food industry, Henan quick-frozen food industry is the fastest growing one, but currently it is still confronted with a series of problems, namely, a relatively single product structure, less creativity in technique improvement, lower ratio of export trade and imperfect cold chain logistics. However, Henan Province boasts extremely rich resources of agricultural products, government' s supporting policy, scale advantages of food industry and brand effect of famous brands, which has enhanced its competitive power in quick-frozen food industry. Henan quick-frozen food industry is embarking on a track of accelerative development.
