激光三角测头的动态仿形跟踪扫描

摘    要:对非接触式三坐标测量机仿形跟踪快速扫描方法进行了研究,分析了曲面仿形跟踪扫瞄过程中的关键技术。针对基于激光非接触测量的仿形跟踪扫瞄,提出一种确定扫描速度及跟动速度的计算方法。利用该方法对变截面回转体进行测量,其各个径向尺寸精度可达±5μm,且测量速度是接触式三坐标测量机的3倍,验证了该方法的有效性,较好地解决了自由曲面高速、高精度仿形跟踪测量的问题。

Abstract:A method for non-contact CMM profile tracking scan is described.The key technique of profile tracking scan is analyzed.A calculation method for scanning speed and tracking speed is presented.A body of revolution with variable cross-section is measured using this method.The results show that its radial dimensional errors are less than five microns,and the scanning speed is three times quicker than the contact CMM.The results prove the validity of the method.The method solves the problems of profile tracking measuring with high speed and precision on a free curved surface excellently.
