| 摘 要： | 本首先介绍了四点测球法的基本原理和理论最优方案，然后针对本课题中球坑测量的要求，提出两种不同方案进行讨论、比较。最后按照确定的方案给出了实施方案和结果，解决了在线自动检测球坑半径值的难题。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the theoretically optimal plan for measuring the parameters of a ball part by 4 point method is firstly introduced. Then, according to the requirement for measuring the center and radius of spherical socket, two kinds of methods are put forward and discussed in details. After comparing their advantages and disadvantages, the executive plan and results are given in accordance with the most suitable method, which resolves the problem of on line automatic measurement of spherical socket. |
