摘    要:数控机床进给系统动态误差是影响加工精度的一个重要因素。针对大型镜像铣床斜齿轮齿条进给系统,通过势能法和切片积分法获得时变啮合刚度,同时考虑啮合误差引入的内部激励建立斜齿轮齿条动力学模型。针对矢量控制电机,建立交流同步伺服电机的双闭环控制动力学模型。将电机模型与齿轮齿条动力学串联构成机电耦合系统动力学模型,通过Simulink 仿真和实验研究,分析啮合误差、电机动态特性对于进给系统动态传递误差的影响,明确了齿轮齿条误差是进给系统的主要误差源。研究成果可为高动态精度的进给系统设计提供参考。

Dynamic Simulation Analysis and Test Verification of Truck Fuel Tank based on Fluid-structure Coupling
Abstract:A light truck in the road test found that the fuel tank tended to cracking of solder joints and shedding of baffle plate, especially the fuel tank containing 50% fuel. For this, a fluid-structure coupling method was adopted, thus modal analysis and random vibration analysis of the fuel tank were carried out based on fluid-structure coupling equation. The result of modal analysis for different liquid-filling ratio of the fuel tank indicated that the modal frequency of fuel-containing tank is lower than the empty fuel tank, and as the increase of oil injection, modal frequency increases mildly with the increase of order. On the basis of the modal analysis, the vibration analysis of the fuel tank containing 50% fuel was conducted, extracting the solder joints’ stress of horizontal, longitudinal, vertical directions and severe direction, it was turned out that the calculation error is within 10% compared with the experimental data, which verified the correctness of the proposed analysis method.
