| 摘 要： | 应用振动、噪声谱分析和相干函数分析技术,从理论上说明变速箱噪声源识别的依据.对一台重型卡车的16档变速箱进行了振动噪声测试分析,找出该台变速箱产生强烈冲击噪声的主要原因在于其一轴弯曲,经过采取相应的降噪措施,最终整机噪声降低3dB（A）.

| Abstract: | The theory of coherence function and spectrum of vibration and noise signals is applied in gearbox noise analysis in the paper.The basis of noise source identification of gearbox is theoretically introduced.Vibration and noise analysis for a heavy duty truck with a 16-speed gearbox.After finding the cause of strong strike noise of the gearbox is the bend of 1st shaft,noise suppression measurement is adopted,Sound pressure level of the machine is reduced by 3dB(A). |
