摘    要:在隔振器的设计选用中,有必要考虑温度对分动箱隔振器的力学性能影响。开发一套安装橡胶隔振器的试验夹具,把夹具和隔振器都安装在带有温控箱的疲劳试验机上,直接测试隔振器在不同温度下的力学性能。开展3个环境温度下的试验,研究环境温度和橡胶垫振动中的温升对隔振器的动刚度和阻尼系数的影响。结果表明温度对隔振器力学性能有较大影响,温度的升高,分动箱隔振器的动刚度和阻尼系数逐渐减小。该方法可广泛应用于测试不同温度下各类橡胶隔振器的力学性能。

Temperature Effect on Mechanical Properties of Rubber Isolators

Abstract:Temperature effect on mechanical properties of rubber vibration isolators needs to be considered in the vibration isolation system design. In this paper, a set of test fixtures is developed and used to install the rubber vibration isolator to a fatigue testing machine with a temperature control chamber. The dynamic stiffness and damping coefficient of the isolator in 3 different ambient temperatures are calculated based on the experiment data. Both influences of the ambient temperature and the heat generated in vibration test on the mechanical properties of the isolator are discussed. Results show that the stiffness and damping coefficient decrease with the temperature increasing. The test method can be widely used in measuring mechanical properties of rubber vibration isolators in different temperatures.
