四缸柴油机曲轴的自由模态分析

摘    要:利用CATIA软件建立四缸柴油机曲轴的三维模型,然后再用ANSYS软件对曲轴进行自由模态分析,得出前8阶固有频率和振型。通过试验手段对实体曲轴的自由模态进行测量得出曲轴的固有频率。最终将有限元分析结果和试验结果对比表明,两者所得固有频率吻合性较好,有限元分析计算结果是可信的,为曲轴的强迫振动分析和结构优化设计奠定基础。

Abstract:The 3D model of a four-cylinder crankshaft was established with CATIA software, and then a free modal analysis of the crankshaft was carried out with ANSYS. Through the analysis, the inherent frequencies and mode shape of first 8 order modes were obtained respectively. The free modes of the crankshaft verified by testing. Comparison shows the results of FEA estimation are in good agreement with those of testing and the rusult of FEA is creditablility. It is a perfect base of forced vibration analysis and structure optimum desigin for crankshaft.
