摘    要:果品在运输过程中由于受重复载荷作用会出现软化现象,产生累积损伤.研究果品的动态松弛特性对揭示果品损伤规律和进行合理的缓冲包装至关重要.以水蜜桃为研究对象,通过准静态压缩试验确定其压缩破坏临界变形量,并在临界变形量的范围内研究其峰值力松弛特性,建立水蜜桃动态松弛特性的三单元力学模型,结合实验数据进行模型表征.

Abstract:Fruits are softened by cyclic loading during transport, and often appear cumulative bruising. A three - element rheological model which depicted the relaxation properties of peach was developed in this paper, and the parameters of the model was determined by half - sine strain test within the critical compression displacement which was determined by constant - strain - rate loading test. The results pave the way for studying mechanical damage of fruits and choosing reasonable parameters of cushion packaging.
