| 摘 要： | "从一般到特殊"的无障碍设计思想是从产品的使用者——"人"为出发点而提出来的。通过比较残疾人与正常人之间的区别以及联系,基于无障碍设计理论,分析得出无障碍设计需求体系是一个由内而外、自下而上的人性化、人情化、人际化的需求体系,进而提出"从一般到特殊"的无障碍设计思想,并探讨实现这种思想采用的设计方法:简化产品操作程序、利用多感官系统、增加辅助装置、情感化设计。
