| 摘 要： | 为了提高选别机的称量准确度和速度,对选别机称量系统的动态特性进行分析,建立称量系统模型,分析影响称系统的动态特性因素,通过基于传感器的动态品质补偿模拟了增大阻尼技术,保证测量系统动态响应的快速准确性.结果表明,采用动态补偿有利于提高称量的准确性.

| Abstract: | To enhance accuracy and velocity of checkweigher, the dynamic characteristics of checkweigher weighing system was analyzed, and the mathematical model of the weighing system was established. The factors influencing the dynamic characteristics of the weighing system was studied. Base on dynamic compensation of the sensors the method of enhancing damp was simulated to achieve fast and accurate dynamic response of the weight measuring system. The experimental data showed that the means of dynamic compensation can enhance the accurate of weighing. |
