| 摘 要： | 研究开发了一种新型卷贴商标包装自动机,它可以实现双响鞭炮外商标纸的粘贴.通过对卷标包装机的工艺过程分析,确定了系统的总体设计方案,研究并解决了卷标包装机设计过程中包括取标纸机构、鞭炮取送机械手、刷浆机构和卷贴传送带等关键技术问题.设计了气动及PLC控制系统.通过机器的实际运行,表明该卷标包装机工作状态良好,运行可靠.

| Abstract: | A new model labeling packaging automatic was developed. It can paste trademark of doublesound firecracker. Based on analysis of the labeling process, the overall structure of the system was developed, and several key technical problems such as taking label mechanism, manipulator of taking and sending firecracker, swabbing mechanism, and conveyer belt were studied. The pneumatic and PLC control system were designed. The machine practical working process showed that the running state is well and the reliability is high. |
