异型截面碳化硅纤维的制备及其雷达吸波特性

摘    要:以聚碳硅烷为原料,通过熔融纺丝、不熔化处理、烧成,制备出了具有异型截面的碳化硅纤维。研究了纺丝温度、压力、牵伸速度对纤维异形度和当量直径的影响,确立了异型截面碳化硅纤维的制备工艺。这种纤维与环氧树脂复合制备的结构吸波材料具有良好的雷达吸波性能。

Abstract:The shaped silicon carbide fibers were prep ared from polycarbosilane by melt spinning,curing treatment and sinterin g. The effects of spinning temperature, spinning pressure and drawing ve locity on the degree of profile and effective diameter of the fibers were studied and the preparation technology was determined. The structu ral radar absorbing materials composed of the fibers and epoxy resin have good radar absorbing properties.
