摘    要:材料复合过程中纤维排布容易出现变形的问题,使得本身就不易排布均匀再经过压制后碳纤维与设计形状有差别,由此研究了复合材料制备过程中编织体对所制备复合材料结构和性能的影响。并对比规则与不规则的锡箔纸,确定复合材料的外形影响其吸波效果。

Abstract:In this paper, the effect of fabric distortion during fabrication of C/PET composites on the structure and mechanical properties of composites is investigated. The results show that the fiber which is not as the same density, fixed as original shape, is dispersed asymmetrically in composites, and this affects properties of C/PET composites, the difference of composites is high through fixing the fabric fixed as original shape, and this is propitious to attain different effect of absorbing properties through the of the regular shape of composites with tin paper and an irregular one. Compared with them, we can get a conclusion that the shape of composites affects the absorbing properties.
