高熵合金中典型金属间化合物

摘    要:高熵合金作为一种新型金属材料,因其具有优异的力学性能而受到越来越多研究者的广泛关注。在高熵合金中,金属间化合物从最初追求单相固溶体以避免形成有害相,发展到可作为有益的析出强化相或合金基体相(有序固溶体),丰富了高熵合金的组织调控策略,提升了高熵合金的力学性能。同时,也为高熵合金的发展起到了重要的推动作用。从高熵合金中相的形成规律出发,综述了高熵合金中典型金属间化合物及有序固溶体的研究现状,主要包括合金元素和热处理工艺等对典型金属间化合物形成规律和高熵合金力学性能的影响,并对高熵合金中金属间化合物的未来发展进行了展望。

Abstract:High entropy alloys (HEAs) has attracted more and more attention because of its excellent mechanical properties as a new type of metal material. Intermetallics in HEAs have developed from harmful phase to precipitation strengthening phase and even matrix phase (i.e. ordered solid solution), which enriches the strategies of tailoring microstructure and improved the mechanical properties, playing an important role in promoting the development of HEAs. In this short review paper, the research status of typical intermetallic compounds and ordered solid solution in HEAs is reviewed from the perspective of phase formation regularity, mainly including the elements and heat treatment process on the influence of typical intermetallic compound formation regularity and mechanical properties of HEAs. The future development of intermetallic compounds in high entropy alloys was also prospected briefly.
