桐油改性醇酸氨基水性绝缘漆的制备及性能

摘    要:以桐油、顺丁烯二酸酐、邻苯二甲酸酐、月桂酸、三羟甲基丙烷为原料,六甲氧基甲基三聚氰胺树脂(HMMM)为交联剂,制备出桐油改性醇酸氨基水性绝缘漆,采用FT-IR、DSC和TG对涂料进行结构表征和性能测试.油度增大,漆膜的吸水率降低,电气强度增大,但树脂的水溶性变差,理想的油度为37%;HMMM的加入量增大,漆膜的玻璃化温...

Abstract:With hexamethoxymethyl melamine(HMMM) as cross-linked agent,the waterborne alkyd-amino insulation paint modified by tung oil was prepared from tung oil,maleic anhydride,phthalic anhydride,lauric acid,trimethylolpropane.The structure and properties of the paint were characterized and tested by FT-IR,DSC and TG.With the increase of oil length,water absorption of the film reduces,electrical strength of the film increases,but water solubility of the resin becomes worse,and the better oil length is 37%.Both glas...
