| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析当前我国在市场经济条件下,建立社会信用体系的关键在于制度保障和制度建设的必要性和紧迫性,阐明了组织机构代码制度作为国务院确立的对我国经济社会实现现代化管理的一项基本制度,必将成为各类组织机构统一的社会信用代码制度的基础。
