基于案例分析的国际标准优势评价指标研究

在国际贸易中,技术标准不仅成为限制他国产品准入的手段,也是影响一个国家产业发展的重要问题。因此,各发达国家均注重选择本国具有优势的技术标准并将其转化为国际标准。科学、合理地选择评价指标是技术标准优势评价的基础和关键。评价指标的选取和提炼,应以我国自主提出国际标准的典型案例为依据。本文通过对我国主导制定国际标准的典型案例开展研究,进而提炼优势评价关键指标,作为建立技术标准评价方法的基础。

Research on the Index of International Advantage Fields Evaluation Based on Cases Analysis

In international trade,technique standard is not only the market access towards foreign products,but also the important issue about the industrial development.Therefore,the developed countries are all concerned for the evaluation of technique standard and they also do their best to make the advantage technique standard to be international standard.The selection of index is the basis and key issue of the advantage technique standard evaluation.It should be based on the analysis of the typical international technique standard which is led by China.This paper is to obtain the key index for the evaluation of the international advantage of technique standard.It is based on the analysis of the typical cases.The evaluation index could be the basis to establish evaluation method of internal advantage of technique standard.
