摘    要:本文介绍了一种基于ARM7微处理器和μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统的嵌入式热处理多用炉温度控制系统的设计方案。阐述了该系统硬件结构原理和设计方案。详细讨论了系统软件的层次结构、实现流程和主要任务的功能。设计了一种热电偶冷端温度硬件补偿的电路。该温控系统具有测控精度高、实时性好、功能丰富等特点。

Vacuum Furnace Bed Temperature Control System Based on ARM

Abstract:The design scheme of multi-use heat treatment furnace temperature control system based on ARM7 micropro-cessor and μC/OS-Ⅱ operating system is introduced in this paper. The hardware structure principle and design method is given. The structure of software, the process of realization and the function of tasks are discussed in details. Finally, this paper gives a hardware compensation way of cold-junction temperature in thermocouple. The temperature control possesses the high control precision, the high real-time ability and the abundant function.
