| 摘 要： | 米糠系禾本科植物稻的籽实体，经碾磨处理去除的外壳。米糠含有糖类、脂肪、蛋白质和维生素等化学成分，营养十分丰富。我国米糠资源丰富，但其营养价值和资源效益未得到充分发挥。本文较系统地介绍了当前米糠精制过程中的分离物及其综合开发现状和研究进展。

| Abstract: | Rice bran is the seed entity of gramineae plant rice, also the milled and processed shell. It is rich in nutrition with chemical elements such as：sugar, fat, protein and vitamines. Rice bran resources are abundant in our country, however, its nutritional value and resource benefit haven＇t been fully utilized. This paper systematically introduces isloates of rice bran in refined process nowadays and its current comprehensive situation and development. |
