| Abstract: | Application of various passive microwave components as functional ele-ments of industial sensors is considered. Among these microwave components ar-e ;cut-off waveguides, open resonators, polarization-sen sitive wire reflectors, etc. De-sign of such microwave sensors is illustrated by examples coveringmeasurement of some technological parameters. |
