供应链合作关系相关因素对协同的影响研究

从供应链关系形成的角度,建立了4个主要的度量因素沟通、信任、承诺和合作对供应链协同的影响顺序及相互关系的假设模型,应用结构方程模型的方法进行验证,其中协同效应以信息共享、同步决策和激励联盟作为评价指标。经过对163例制造行业供应链的研究,结果表明,在供应链关系形成过程中,相关企业是从沟通开始,建立相互间的信任后,企业双方承诺发展长远关系,从而产生合作行为,最终通过合作对协同效应产生正性影响。另外沟通和信任对协同运作的影响最为重要,合作的影响最为直接,而承诺对协同只有间接作用。

The Impact of Supply Chain Relationship Dynamics on Collaboration
