摘    要:将扫描电镜与原位加载台结合,对材料的损伤破坏过程从细、微观角度进行实时观测,有助于深入研究影响材料力学性能的主要因素。综述了近年来原位加载扫描电镜技术及其相关的新技术在材料细观损伤力学研究中的应用,并对该技术在材料力学性能研究中的发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:Observation on the damaging process of the materials from mesoscopic or microscopic scale by in-situ SEM technique,is a valuable method for further study the main factors that influence on the mechanical properties of materials.Application of in-situ SEM technique and the related new techniques in the meso-damage mechanics of materials were reviewed.Some views on further development of the above experimental method using in mechanical properties study of materials were presented.
