酸化花生壳对甲基橙的生物吸附研究

摘    要:主要研究了酸化花生壳对甲基橙的吸附作用,结果表明花生壳能有效结合甲基橙,吸附60min达到平衡,随着甲基橙初始浓度的增加,吸附量逐渐增大,随着吸附剂投加量的增加,吸附量逐渐减小,在pH值为5左右,吸附效果最好。随着Na+和K+浓度的增大,吸附量逐渐减小,随着Ca2+和Mg2+浓度的增大,吸附量逐渐增大,温度升高,对吸附有利。吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附方程,293.3K时,最大吸附量为2.67mg.g-1,吸附平衡常数为0.059L.mol-1。

Abstract:The biosorption of methyl orange was studied by peanut shell.The result showed that peanut shell can efficiently bind methyl orange.It took about 60 minutes to reach equilibrium.With the increasing of initial methyl orange concentration,the biosorption quantity increases,and however it showed a decrease on biosorption quantity with increasing of peanut shell concentration.The biosorption quantity was bigger at pH=5.0 about.Salinity ions of Ca~(2+),Na~+,Mg~(2+)and K~+both had effect on the biomaterial uptake.With the concentration increasing of Na~+and K~+,the biosorption quantity was rising,and the effect of Ca~(2+)and Me~(2+)was reversed.It was advantageous to absorption when increasing the temperature.The model of adsorption was well fitted with Langrnuir isotherm equation.The max quantity of adsorption was 2.67mg·g~(-1) and the sorption constant was 0.059L·mol~(-1) when the tempeature was 293.3K.
