摘    要:介绍了生物碳素材料的血液相容性的研究概况 ,研究了血小板在石墨、金刚石膜和类金刚石膜材料表面的粘附行为 ,结果表明 ,血小板粘附后的形态指数大小为 :石墨 >金刚石膜 >类金刚石膜。从一定角度定性地得出 :类金刚石膜的血液相容性优于金刚石膜 ,金刚石膜的血液相容性优于石墨

Abstract:In this paper, the survey of research on hemocompatibility of biomedical carbonaceous materials was summarized and the adhesion of platelets on three biomedical carbonaceous materials (graphite, diamond film deposited on silicon, diamond-like coating deposited on Ti6Al4V) surfaces was studied. The results showed that the values of configuration index of the platelets adhered on three biomedical carbonaceous materials were that graphite great than diamond film and diamond film great than diamond-like coating. Thus, a conclusion could be drawn that the hemocompatibility of diamond-like coating was superior to that of diamond film, and diamond film's was superior to that of graphite to a certain extent.
