| 摘 要： | 阐述了中国石化HSE监督管理系统的设计思想和总体目标,介绍了系统的架构和主要功能,分析了系统的主要技术特点.软件开发采用软件体系结构技术,网络结构为浏览器和服务器模式,以ORACI正为数据库服务器,使用Vs.Net2005为编程语言.系统实现了中国石化总部和下属企业HSE日常管理的主要业务,使各级领导和相关部门动态了解企业HSE管理现状.它的建立和运行,将会提高中国石化HSE绩效和管理水平,减少事故的发生,使中国石化HSE管理更加科学化、系统化、规范化、制度化.
