| 摘 要： | 建立一维混合紫外-可见光谱快速同时测定市售肉类熟食中苯甲酸钠和山梨酸钾含量的方法。首先进行分析模型数据库建立,包括苯甲酸钠和山梨酸钾的标准紫外-可见光谱数据库和样品本底数据库的建立。采集肉类熟食品样品提取液的紫外-可见光谱,调用分析模型数据库,基于向量-子空间夹角判据可同时计算肉类熟食品中苯甲酸钠和山梨酸钾的含量。实验结果表明,快速测定方法与高效液相色谱对比,相对误差小于12%,方法回收率在97.20%~107.60%,相对标准偏差小于3%,定量检测中效果良好,可应用于其他多组分复杂体系的快速检测分析。

| Abstract: | A new method of rapid determination of sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate in cooked meat with one dimensional mixture spectrum was established. At first, analysis mode was established including spectrum databases of samples’ background and standard solutions of sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate measured by UV-visible optical fiber spectrometer. Then the content of sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate were determined by such analysis mode based on vector-subspace angle criterion. The results showed that the relative errors were less than 12 % compared with HPLC, the recovery rates were 97.20 %~107.60 %with relative standard deviations less than 3 %. This method was effective in rapidly detecting of complex samples with one dimestional spectrum. |
