| 摘 要： | 文章针对第三方支付行业飞速发展而国内对于第三方支付领域监管滞后的现状进行了分析,刚出台的《非金融机构支付服务管理办法》明确了第三方支付非金融机构支付服务方的市场地位,加强了对于第三方支付的风险管理,但在很多方面仍有不足,使第三方支付的发展面临很多风险。对于第三方支付的监管不足,尤其是对于消费者保护力度的不足,制约着第三方支付的进一步发展。

| Abstract: | The supervise of the third party payment is falling behind. The just-published administrative measures for the payment services provided by Non-financial institutions formulated the market position of the third party payment services and strengthen the risk management. But it still has some weaknesses. All those risks makes the development of the third party payment facing many challenges. The weakness of the supervise and the protection of the consumers rejected the development of the third party payment. |
