| 摘 要： | 本文以网络安全的基础建设为框架,从建立良好的网络安全策略入手,对如何搭建主动型的网络安全平台,加强主动型基础网络安全建设,建立主动型网络安全模式进行了分析,从而确保整个网络安全体系能够主动防护黑客、病毒的恶意攻击。
