| 摘 要： | 刚过去的2005年在年底的时候似乎不愿安于平静．这不．爆料新闻就如迎接新年的爆竹声一个接一个响彻在IT行业的上空．希捷拟收购竞争对手迈拓就是其中响声较大的一个。希捷收购竞争对手迈拓以后．全球硬盘业老大的地位将进一步的巩固了。对此有人惊呼：硬盘市场将会出现垄断！也有人认为：希捷购并迈拓后．将扩大企业规横，削减整体成本．从而会以更其竞争力的价格推出更多创新产品。看来硬盘业这次着实起了一场大地震！

| Abstract: | In this article, we discussed XML and of the databases according to the template and model of two kinds of mapping way. Proposed the realization method of the middle form based on XML document for data format transformation between heterogeneous databases and provided one technical method for the enterprise information system integration. |
