| 摘 要： | 办公自动化是现代化办公发展的必然趋势，它不仅增强协同办公能力，而且提高了整个决策效能。通过对办公自动化系统中公文管理及流程定义的设计，提出了基于工作流方式的高校办公自动化系统，并实现了自主版权的通用OA软件。试用结果表明该系统具有一定的灵活性和可扩展性。

| Abstract: | Office Automation is necessity tendency of modernization work. It not only enhances cooperation work ability, but also boost entire decision-making efficacy. A kind of official document management and flow definition in Office Automation is designed, the Office Automation system of university based on workflow mode is put forward. The independence copyright general Office Automation software is developed. The result of test run shows that it has more flexibility and expansibility. |
