| 摘 要： | 概述了ACM国际大学生程序设计竞赛题目的特点,论述了程序设计的本质,讨论了程序设计过程与培养学生解决问题的创新能力之间的关系,然后借鉴ACM模式,以培养创新型IT人才为目的,探讨了对程序设计教学进行改革的一些措施。
