| 摘 要： | 随着通信技术的迅速发展,基于位置的服务也迅速的发展起来,移动手持平台的GIS的开发和应用适应了这种发展,成为关注焦点。该文首先介绍了Windows Mobile移动设备操作系统,GPS并分析了其特点,然后阐述了一个基于Windows Mobile的手持GIS系统的开发。
