| 摘 要： | 为了提高公司工作效率和销售管理水平,该文通过在销售过程中进行严格的控制与全过程的监控,对销售人员的规范操作起到指导和监督控制作用,从而便于销售统计,销售查询,和公司主管的销售策略的分析,减少了公司销售管理工作的强度。
