| 摘 要： | SaaS是一种全新的基于互联网的软件应用模式，它极大地改变了企业尤其是中小企业信息化应用的构建方法。文章介绍了SaaS模式的概念和国内外应用现状，分析了基于SaaS模式的中小企业信息化应用的若干优势，探讨了企业SaaS应用应具备的关键特征，接着指出了国内SaaS模式发展中存在的若干问题，提出了构建完善的SaaS产业链的应对策略，最后对国内SaaS未来发展作了展望。
