水利应用大系统建设模式探讨

摘    要:通过分析政务信息系统整合要求及政务信息应用大系统的建设重点,结合水利业务应用需求,对水利政务信息大系统进行分类,提出水利公众服务,以及水利政务、江河湖泊、水工程、水生态及水资源、水旱灾害等监督管理六大应用系统分类图谱,并分析论证适宜于水利政务信息应用系统建设的分布式开发部署模式。

Discussion on the Construction Mode of Water Conservancy Government Information Large-scale Application System

Abstract:According to analyzing the requirements of government information system integration and the key construction of government information large-scale application system, combining with the requirements of water conservancy business application, this paper classifies the water conservancy government information largescale application system and concludes a classification map composed by six application systems including water conservancy public service, water conservancy government information supervision and management, river and lake supervision and management, water project supervision and management, water ecology (water resources) supervision and management, and flood and drought disaster supervision and management. Furthermore, the distributed development and deployment mode for system construction is analyzed and demonstrated which suitable for water conservancy construction of government affairs information system.
