| 摘 要： | 墒情信息是反映旱情的关键指标,由于墒情监测仪器种类繁多,可靠性、稳定性、准确性参差不齐,产品实际应用情况与标称技术指标差异较大,墒情监测数据准确性得不到保证。通过墒情监测仪器检测技术研究和检测流程设计,对仪器全性能技术指标进行检测和质量评定,为我国建设墒情自动监测站和国家防汛指挥系统二期工程旱情信息采集系统项目的仪器选型工作提供质量保障。

| Abstract: | Soil moisture information is one of the important key indicators reflect the drought, because there are many different kinds of soil moisture monitoring instrument, reliability, stability, accuracy is uneven, product actual application and the nominal technical index differences, soil moisture monitoring data accuracy not guaranteed. Through soil moisture monitoring instrument testing technology research, on the whole performance testing and quality evaluation, technical indicators moisture automatic monitoring stations for China''s development and the state flood control and command system, phase ii project drought information acquisition system instrument selection work, provides the quality guarantee. |
