| 摘 要： | 本文首次给出了一个正规的16阶三次幻方。这是基于发现新的结构规律，从而极大地降低搜索工作量，使普通电脑即可在短时间内求解出世界难题--正规的16阶三次幻方。文中分析并给出了构造16阶三次幻方的要点。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a normal 16th order trimagic square is published for the first time. It is based on a new discovery of structure rules, therefore the amount of searching is greatly decreased. A common computer can get the solution of a normal 16th order trimagic square in a short time with the rules. |
