基于Web Services的分布式标准化学习资源服务系统的研究与实现

学习资源的管理是网络教育的重点和难点，由于网络教育资源数量巨大，格式不一，位置分散，造成了资源使用效率不高的现状。如何提高教育资源的服务质量是一个亟待解决的问题。针对这一问题，本文提出了一种基于WebServices的分布式标准化学习资源服务系统模型，并对其进行了实现和应用。该模型遵循学习资源相关技术标准，采用分层的学习资源管理机制，利用WebServices技术实现不同层次间通信，将资源开发、存储、共享等环节贯穿起来，提高了学习资源的服务质量。

Research and Implementation of a Distributed and Standardized Learning Resource Service System Based on Web Services

The management of the learning resources is a key problem in E-Learning. Because the learning resource are large in the amount and different in the format, it is difficult for users to consume the learning resources effectively. To solve the problem, the paper gives a distributed and standardized learning resource service system based on Web Services, and introduces the implementation and application of the system. The system realizes a layered resource management model based on Web Services to promote the quality of the learning resource services.
